We do not cancel any order after the payment is done.
REFUND POLICY
We don’t give refund after the payment is done. In case the product is not available in our inventory we will cancel the order and give you full refund which may take 7-21 days to reflect in your bank account.
If we find that the book delivered is different title then the book orders by the customer then we will provide the refund.
Refund of any order in any condtion on web or on whatsapp is applicable only within 3 days of delivery and 20 days after order.
Price of Amliyat books are higher then it should be as compared to the no of pages present in the book. Prices are decided by the seller only. So no refund in case of you find it not value for money. Make sure of this before placing order on web or WhatsApp.
This policy is applied to web and WhatsApp order both.
